Scope and controller

ANNEAU–INVESTISSEMENTS Ltd is responsible for personal information processed for this corporate website. This notice applies to the current informational site. Any future eIPO platform, applicant KYC, payments or shareholder administration will have its own operational privacy information before those services begin.

Information processed

When a person visits the site, hosting and security systems may process an IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, timestamps, error messages and security events. If a person voluntarily calls, writes or emails, the Company may receive the details and contents needed to handle that enquiry.

The current corporate pages do not provide an online application, account, identity-document upload, signature or payment service. Visitors should not send identity documents or account details through ordinary contact channels.

Why information is used

Technical information is used to deliver pages, maintain reliability, investigate errors and protect the site. Voluntary correspondence is used to respond to the enquiry and keep necessary records. Any direct-marketing use would require a separate lawful basis and applicable choice.

Legal basis and choices

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, website delivery, security and responding to voluntary enquiries are based on the Company’s legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site and communicating with visitors, subject to their rights. Some records may be needed to meet legal obligations. Consent will be sought where required for optional technologies or separate purposes. Reading this notice is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.

Sharing and service providers

Authorised Company staff and providers supporting the website may access information only as needed for their roles. The present site uses GoDaddy-managed WordPress services and Cloudflare security technology; their systems may process technical visitor data. Information may also be disclosed where law requires it or to protect lawful rights. The current corporate website does not send applicant information to ANNEAU–GESTIONS, the Sponsoring Broker or a payment provider.

Location and international transfers

Website and security providers may process technical information outside Mauritius. The Company will assess applicable transfer requirements and use contractual or other safeguards where required. This notice does not claim that all website data remains in Mauritius.

Security and retention

Administrative and technical measures are used to protect information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. No internet transmission is guaranteed to be risk-free.

Technical logs are kept only as needed for website operation, security, investigation and applicable legal requirements. Correspondence is kept as needed to answer and document an enquiry and meet applicable obligations. The period depends on the purpose, provider settings and legal requirements; older information is deleted or de-identified under the applicable retention process.

Individual rights and complaints

Where the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 applies, individuals may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, subject to legal conditions and retention duties. Send a written request to the registered office below. The Company may need to verify identity before releasing personal information and will respond under the applicable process.

Individuals may also contact the Mauritius Data Protection Office about a concern. Information about rights and complaints is available at dataprotection.govmu.org.

Children and other services

The corporate website is intended as general information. It does not invite children to submit personal information. External websites and future applicant services have separate notices and controls.
